Hebei Xintai Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. is a specialized pipeline connector enterprise that integrates research and development, production, sales, and service. Established in 1980. It was restructured as a limited company in June 2005 and established as a group company in July 2011, with a history of nearly 40 years. There are currently over 300 employees, including 82 middle and senior level professional and technical personnel. The company covers an area of 78000 square meters, with fixed assets of 77.37 million yuan and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The company mainly produces a series of pressure pipeline components such as seamless fittings, seamless fittings, forged fittings, and forged flanges made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and low-temperature steel materials. They are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, heating, urban construction, and oil and gas transportation, and are sold well in more than 20 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China. They are also exported to more than ten countries and regions including Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, West Asia, the Middle East, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Our technology

The company has strong technical strength and advanced production and testing equipment. The main production equipment includes over 100 sets of heavy-duty processing equipment such as large hydraulic intermediate frequency push machines, hydraulic pipe bending machines, stainless steel elbow cold push machines, cold drawing tees, 5000 ton multifunctional presses, large electric beveling machines, new trolley type multifunctional gas heat treatment furnaces, electric furnaces, and various types of electric saws, forging hammers, lathes, etc., as well as over 200 sets of tire mold fixtures. The main testing equipment includes microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, impact testing machine, digital hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester, high-frequency infrared CS analyzer, X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, spectrophotometer, and more than 80 sets of advanced testing equipment such as direct reading spectrometers and metallographic microscopes imported from Germany, the United States, and Finland. The production equipment and testing capabilities are at the leading level in the domestic industry.

The company has been selected as a member unit of the first level supply network in the resource market by China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, Shenhua Group, Datang Group, as well as State Power Corporation, China National Chemical Equipment Corporation, China National Chemical Oil and Gas Development Corporation and other companies.
